my fiance’ hired a lawyer for his defence we paid him $1500 right up front . what he chared us ..spoke to him 2 times after that ..now he wont return our calls been 6 months since we talked to him i keep leaving mess. for him but he never calls me are my fiance’ back i finally got a hold of him 3 days ago and he told me he was going to speak to the DA about the case on tuesday i called the DA and the DA knew nothing about my fiance’ and admitted to talking to my lawyer about other cases ..i found out my lawyer is just hoping for it to slip between the cracks and wants us to live like fugitives (there has been no arrest are charges filed yet)….
